Crab Rangoon Grilled Cheese

oz cream cheese

cup shredded mozzarella

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tbsp sweet chili sauce

slice cracked wheat
Instructions
1: Prepare the crab rangoon filling by adding jumbo lump blue crab meat to a bowl and shredding it into small pieces. 2: To that same bowl, add 1/3 cup Best Foods mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and chili sauce. Mix well to combine. 3: Prepare the slices of bread by spreading both sides with Best Foods mayonnaise. 4: Add the crab rangoon mixture to one slice of bread, then place the other slice on top to complete the sandwich. 5: Heat a large pan or skillet on medium-low and add the sandwich to the pan. 6: Cook for a few minutes until the bread is browned and the cheese starts to melt. Flip the sandwich and cook an additional few minutes until the cheese is very melted and the bread is toasted. 7: Remove and serve with a side of sweet chili sauce.View original recipe
