oz pepperoni

oz prosciutto

cup arugula

cup fresh basil

pizza dough

tsp salt

burrata

tbsp honey

cup pine nut
lemon

cup grated parmesan cheese

cup caramelized onion
Instructions
1: Cut the pizza dough into 2 or 4 evenly sized pieces, depending on the size and servings you are making. Stretch the pizza dough and rub with olive oil. Fold the dough over itself to create a taco shape. Rub some olive oil on top of the dough. 2: Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. 3: Heat a pan on the stove over medium. Add the prosciutto and cook for a few minutes until crispy. Remove and set aside. 4: In the same pan, add the pepperoni and cook for a few minutes until crispy. Remove and drain excess oil on a paper towel. 5: Prepare the pesto by blending 1/3 olive oil, garlic, pine nuts, juice of 1 lemon, fresh basil, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper in a food processor. 6: Open the pizza dough and spread the pesto on the inside. Place the ball of burrata on one side of the sandwich and spread. Layer the prosciutto, pepperoni, burrata, arugula, hot honey, and caramelized red onions on the pizza dough. 5: Fold the dough to create a sandwich and brush the outside with olive oil. 6: Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. 7: Serve warm with a side of pesto.
