
Miso Glazed Salmon Bowls

lb salmon filet

cup cooked jasmine rice

tbsp Miso Soybean Paste

tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
1: Cut salmon filets into cubes and season with miso paste, 2 tbsp honey, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp onion powder, and 1 tsp black pepper. Mix well to coat all the pieces and marinate for at least 10 minutes. 2: Air fry the salmon at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. 3: Prepare the carrot ribbon salad by peeling the carrots into ribbons. 4: In a bowl, mix olive oil, rice vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 tsp onion powder, salt, and black pepper to taste. 5: Add the carrot ribbons to the dressing, mix well and marinate for at least 10 minutes. 6: Serve the salmon bowls with jasmine rice, furikake seasoning, and chopped green onions.
