
Teriyaki Sheet Pan Chicken Sausage
A quick and easy weeknight dinner featuring chicken sausage links and veggies, roasted and doused in homemade teriyaki sauce, served over rice. This meal is both flavorful and packed with nutrients, making it perfect for busy nights.
What you need

tsp salt

cup brown sugar

cooked jasmine rice

tsp ginger paste

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp black pepper
tbsp cornstarch

cup water

clove garlic

green onion

tsp chicken bouillon powder

cup soy sauce

red onion

tbsp honey
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2: On a sheet pan, place chicken sausage links, chopped red onion, and broccoli & cauliflower mix. 3: Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. 4: Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through. 5: In a small saucepan, combine water, chicken bouillon powder, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger paste, brown sugar, and honey to make the teriyaki sauce. 6: Bring the sauce to a simmer until it thickens. 7: Serve the roasted sausage and veggies over cooked jasmine rice, drizzled with teriyaki sauce, topped with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.View original recipe
