Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Slice the french baguette and place the slices on a baking sheet. 3. Drizzle each slice with olive oil. 4. Bake the baguette slices in the oven until they are golden brown and crispy. 5. In a saucepan, melt the salted butter over medium heat. 6. Add honey to the melted butter and stir to combine. 7. Add sliced yellow peaches to the honey butter mixture and cook until they are softened. 8. Place a slice of burrata on each toasted baguette slice. 9. Top with the honey butter peaches. 10. Sprinkle with flaky salt and chopped fresh basil before serving.
